Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract:
Independent Contractor

Schedule:
 Monday to Friday - 8am to 12pm PST and 2pm to 6pm PST. Saturday 8am to 1pm PST (every other Saturday, alternating with the other Virtual Receptionist)


Responsibilities
  • Responding to incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Taking accurate messages and forwarding them to the relevant personnel 
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments or virtual meetings for team members.
  • Offering basic information about the organization's products, services, or policies to callers or virtual visitors.
  • Offering general virtual assistance to employees and clients, such as helping with virtual document sharing or guiding them through virtual tools and platforms.
  • Teachable as some other responsibilities will be on the job trained.


Requirements
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong ability to handle incoming calls professionally, provide accurate information, and assist clients courteously.
  • Experience in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling virtual meetings effectively.
  • Comfortable using virtual tools, platforms, and software to assist employees and clients, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to take accurate messages and ensure timely forwarding to the appropriate personnel.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to additional responsibilities through on-the-job training
