 Location: Remote

We’re not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We’re going after returns—the part of online shopping that consumers say they hate most. As an Enterprise Account Exec, you have a substantial impact on revenue growth at Happy Returns. You will help drive success to identify, develop, and close new opportunities with enterprise merchants.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work with Happy Returns and UPS internal teams (Sales, Customer Solutions, Client Success, Onboarding, Product etc.) to deliver winning solutions to retail partners and customers -- your success will largely be tied to your ability to build internal relationships
  • Respond to internal sales leads from various sources (e.g. Sales, Customer Solutions) to identify and cultivate sales opportunities and develop a sales strategy
  • As a returns subject matter expert, support account owners (UPS Sales and Customer Solutions) in developing strategies to leverage returns solutions that align with customers’ objectives and grow revenue for UPS
  • Manage a sales pipeline
  • Design, develop, and deliver, sales proposals and presentations on product benefits
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Stay current with company offerings and industry trends

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience exceeding quotas 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills & outstanding presentation skills
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling
  • Significant experience in complex, targeted account sales strategies
  • Ability to manage a multi-threaded sales process and competitive deals
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, and other CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
  • Prior experience with eCommerce 
  • Negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel for customer meetings and industry events
