The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the 齿科渠道部门商务经理, you will be responsible for the business development of dental distributors in multiple provinces and the management of regional channel business. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Main work content:
- Channel development and maintenance, responsible for the development and management of new dental channel partners, visiting, follow-up, analyzing and managing customers in the responsible area;
- Collect and analyze channel market demand, combined with actual market demand, and promote the achievement of business goals.
- Marketing and event execution: participate in the formulation and implementation of marketing plans, including publicity, promotion, activities, etc.; Responsible for the organization, coordination and implementation of activities to ensure that the results of activities achieve the goals;
- Collect market and channel information, understand the dynamics of competitors, and assist the company to adjust its sales strategy in a timely manner.
- Handle customer consultation and service work, answer customer questions, combine company resources, provide professional advice and solutions, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty; Maintain healthy customer relationships
- Tap the potential demand of the channel and promote business increment
Quality requirements
- Have a strong sense of customer service, be able to be customer-centric, and provide high-quality and efficient services
- Good at communicating and collaborating with team members, working together to complete work tasks, and able to work closely with other departments.
- Have strong learning ability and adaptability, be able to quickly master new knowledge and skills, and adapt to the changing market environment and job requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business trips
- Bachelor degree or above, with experience in marketing, channel sales, etc., work in the oral medical industry is preferred
- Proficient in the use of office software, with good communication skills, business negotiation skills, channel development skills, customer development skills and marketing planning skills
