BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CHEF - FOODSERVICE

What you will be doing: 

• Menu & recipe content creation with large volume Food Away From Home (Foodservice) customers
• Culinary presentations with sales team for key accounts (commercial & non-commercial)
• Relationship building with culinary professionals, key accounts
• Serve as a voice for the chefs & operators to help drive innovation & solutions
• Travel at least 80% of the time, subject to change based on business need
• Other duties as assigned.

 What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years experience in Food Service Channel of business (or equivalent training)
• Background or experience as an Executive Chef or Foodservice operations
• Previous experience with Mexican Food & Culture
• Ability to speak and read Spanish preferred, but not required
• Located in preferred marketplace (Central United States) with quick access to major airport(s)
