Role Overview

As a Working Student Community at Tomorrow University, you will be responsible for activating and growing our learner and alumni community by empowering our existing students to become both leaders in shaping their Community experience and active ambassadors of ToU’s mission. Your role is crucial in taking our Community to the next level.

You’ll build strong relationships with our inspiring learners all across the world, set up and lead impactful initiatives and build an experience that support all our learners to become Tomorrow University ambassadors, all while building an amazing network for yourself! Win-win!

What you’ll do:

• Evolve our Referral & Incentives programs: Plan and execute referral and incentivisation programs to encourage more learners to refer other learners, including measuring performance against targets such as SQLs and MQLs
• Empower our Community leaders: Provide learners with tools and processes to deliver initiatives for the Community and share their achievements externally
• Activate Alumni experience: Support our Community Manager to develop and shape the Alumni Network, to build sense of belonging in all learners, so they talk about and engage with us even after they graduate
• Trend Monitoring: Seek external inspiration and feed this into our practices, to create relevant and innovative programs
