Job description

We are looking for an experienced Partner Business Manager to strengthen our growth strategy in the French region. This role involves building, nurturing, and expanding strategic partnerships, with a focus on delivering mutual business value and fostering long-term relationships.

YOUR TASKS SCOPE:

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Strategic Partners.
  • Business Growth: Collaborate with partners to identify and drive business opportunities that generate sustainable value for all parties.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute partner events and manage communications in collaboration with marketing teams, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership activities, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work in close collaboration with country leadership and the partnerships team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

 

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Relationship-Focused: Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful connections while understanding the importance of balancing relationship-building with business objectives.
  • Experienced in Partnerships: You bring 2+ years of experience as a Partner Business Manager or Ecosystem Manager, with a track record of developing successful partnerships.
  • SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP systems and ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Strategic and Commercial Mindset: You can identify opportunities, think strategically, and deliver results in line with organizational goals.
  • Effective Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust, engage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience in SaaS or technology-driven partnerships, ideally within the HR tech space.
  • Flexible and Mobile: Fluency in French and English, with the ability to travel regularly within France
