Job description

Interim Finance Manager, working remotely for an initial 6 months for a Non-Governmental Organisation, paying £280-£320 per day.

Client Details

Our client is a major Non Government Organisation with hubs across the UK and are currently going through a period of growth.

Description

As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

Delivering timely and accurate financial and corporate performance information through a business partnering approach and budget management.
Lead and manage the production of the annual reports including liaising with a range of colleagues and wider stakeholder to ensure the appropriate disclosure and governance matters are fully complied with.
Assist with the monthly payroll review process to ensure compliance with payroll information.
Line manage X2 finance team member's, and agree SMART objectives for and conduct appraisals in accordance with the organisation's policy, and ensure effective development plans are in place.

Profile

The successful Finance Manager will hold a full accounting qualification and has worked in a similar position for a medium to large organisation. Advanced Excel knowledge is a requirement, along with the ability to interview and start very quickly.

Job Offer

6 month contract working remotely which a potential to be extended further and earn £280-£320 per day.
