Job description

This is a remote position.

Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceuticals client has an exciting opportunity for a Website Content Coordinator.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Content Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the creation, versioning, translation, and approval processes for web content. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments to help us achieve our team’s goal of broadening our reach and education of clinical trials to representative populations globally, with the goal of accelerating enrollment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project Management: Partner with content creators and campaign vendors to plan and execute all content timelines. 
  • Content Management: Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of web content, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. 
  • Version Control: Maintain a comprehensive version control system to track changes and updates to web content. 
  • Translation Coordination: Manage the translation process for web content, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate translations. 
  • Approval Workflow: Coordinate the approval process for web content, ensuring all content is reviewed and approved by relevant stakeholders before publication. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in content management, preferably in a digital or web environment. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control tools. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 

Other Details:

·         Full-time, 40 hours/week

·         18 months (w/ renewal)

·         Preferred On-site at Indianapolis, IN but will consider remote for very strong candidates
