Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities
:

  • Manage the client's calendar, schedule, and appointments

  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups

  • Serve as a liaison for clients and potential podcast guests

  • Conduct lead generation and data entry tasks

  • Book and coordinate appointments for podcast interviews

  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in using calendar management and email tools

  • Experience in customer service or client relations

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry

Scope:

  • Work remotely, adhering to UK business hours Monday to Friday anywhere between 8 AM to 5 PM 

  • Part-time position, starting at 20 hours per week with potential for increased hours

  • Collaborate with the CEO and other team members as needed

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
