Responsibilities

  • Conduct 30 to 45 minutes daily cold calling and appointment setting to generate a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Host a 10 to 15-minute SDR/Overview Call via Zoom with leads to assess their needs, utilizing pre-completed questionnaires.
  • Lead 30 to 45-minute Personalized Discovery Calls via Zoom to present tailored Virtual Assistant solutions.
  • Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering long-term satisfaction.
  • Follow up with no-shows and reschedules to maximize conversion rates and improve efficiency.
  • Use data analytics to track trends, improve strategies, and refine the sales process for optimized performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional and unified customer experience.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, earning generous commissions and performance bonuses.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Virtual Assistant Services and Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and excellent skills in data analysis.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Commission-Only
  • Upfront Commission: 10% of upfront fees collected per signed contract.
  • Retainer Commission: Switch to 1.5% of the monthly retainer per client (capped at 18 months per client).
  • Ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a commission-driven environment and want to maximize their earning potential.

Additional Benefits:

  • Earnings Potential: Equivalent to $50K-$100K annually with 12-20 sales per month.
  • Performance Bonuses: Opportunities for add-on commissions and tier-based rewards.
  • Initial Contract: 180 days with the potential for full-time employment.

Operational Details

  • Working Hours: Between 5 AM - 5 PM PST.
  • Reporting To: Sales Director.
  • Work Environment: 100% virtual (Zoom-based meetings).
