What you’ll do:

Customers Bank is searching for a seasoned Relationship Manager to join our high performing Warehouse Lending team. 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities within the Southeast region for Warehouse Facilities, MSR Term Loans and Deposits offered by Customers Bank.
  • Prepare Term Sheets and present opportunities internally and then present to clients.
  • Manage existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfactory performance and utilization.
  • Prepare and present credit actions to loan committee in timely manner in conjunction with Credit team.
  • Work with Operations team in all aspects of client relationship from new client training to ongoing training and performance.
  • Meet departmental goals and targets as it relates to warehouse related loan and deposit balances.
  • Relationship Manager will be overseeing business relationships in the Southeast Region of the U.S.

What do you need?

  • 10+ years of experience in the Warehouse Lending space.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse lending process and procedures.
  • Formal credit training required.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal with an ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional work ethic and attitude.

Technology Skills:

  • Microsoft Outlook Office Suite.
