This is a remote position.

**This position is available in the following locations: Arkansas and Baton Rogue, Louisiana . This position is remote except for ample travel within the state/surrounding area. 

Job responsibilities   may include, but not limited to, the following:
  • Use ManageEngine tools to cultivate and maintain excellent working relationship with selected accounts 
  • Work closely with technical leads with regard to filing RFP’s as well as the support teams for any customer escalations
  • Responsible for the revenue output
  • Please note this position requires extensive travel (50%-75%) within the USA based on customers' needs
  • Occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST)

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn, including new technology and industry trends
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Technical Support/Sales/Customer Support role
  • Good understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) concepts
Salary and Benefits:

The starting salary for this position is $90,000 plus commission.
