Job Description

As the EAyou’ll play a pivotal role in connecting our groundbreaking IoT technology with potential investors. Responsibilities
  • Spearhead investor outreach initiatives through tailored online forms and personalized cold emails
  • Orchestrate and manage high-stakes meetings with potential investors, ensuring seamless scheduling and follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive investor database within our CRM system, keeping it current and actionable
  • Drive the investor pipeline, meticulously tracking progress and strategically planning follow-up actions
  • Oversee crucial document exchanges, including preparation and coordination of signatures for investment-related paperwork
  • Craft and refine email templates, personalizing them for different investor profiles to maximize engagement
  • Implement and maintain an organized system to track and report on the entire fundraising process
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align outreach efforts with overall company strategy and goals
Requirements
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling and professional emails
  • Strong organizational prowess and time management skills to juggle multiple investor interactions efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adaptability to learn new software tools quickly
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems and willingness to become an expert in our proprietary platform
  • Experience in investor relations, fundraising, or as an executive assistant is a plus but not required
  • Passion for technology and interest in the IoT sector is highly desirable
  • Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week with potential for future growth into a full-time role
