Responsibilities
  • Craft and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, that resonates with our wellness-focused audience
  • Develop and implement innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google ad campaigns to drive client acquisition and promote our diverse range of services
  • Share content on local community platforms to boost our visibility and connect with potential clients in our area
  • Design and maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep our followers engaged and informed about our offerings
  • Grow and manage our social media following across all platforms, fostering a vibrant online community
  • Produce creative content that effectively promotes our various services, including Pilates, yoga, meditation, and specialized treatments like fat freezing
  • Monitor social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting our strategy to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives
  • Analyze and report on the performance of social media and advertising campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the wellness or fitness industry (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing engaging social media content across multiple platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and platform-specific nuances
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visually appealing content that aligns with brand aesthetics
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and use insights to inform marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the wellness and fitness industry is a significant plus
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and basic graphic design software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn about new wellness trends and treatments
