SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for executing the operational elements of the sales process. This position provides reps with internal support of process, content, and resources to drive customer profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Coordinates, while working closely with Sales Managers.
- Model customer profitability through analysis in the program sheets. Maintain source of record for custom retailer pricelists, margin, and programming.
- Partners with Sales Managers, Planners, and Sales Support Coordinates to ensure order book accuracy, forecast accuracy, pre-season order tracking, and POS reporting.
- Serve as cross-functional liaison with other departments to address challenges, resolve issues and refine processes.
- Oversee account specific projects, processes, and technology implementations.
- Co-develops merchandising and promotion strategies with the sales team.
- Drives supply chain excellence through cross-functional support with key customers.
- Facilitates and develops presentation materials to support channel business efforts.
- Responsible for vetting and disseminating customer routing, style, brand guides to stake holders and ensuring company compliance of customer requirements.
- Responsible for accurate and complete item setup submissions in retailer portals.
- Partner with Sales Managers on SMU request form submissions.
- Analyze and modify customer facing communications to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Salary Range for this position is $21 to $23 an hour
