Position Title: Quality Management Systems Specialist

Reports To: Nuclear Manufacturing Systems Manager

Role Summary: As the Quality Management Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for MasterControl users within the organization. This role involves managing user access, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the MasterControl system, including modules such as Qx, Mx, AQEM, Supplier, and Audit, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide technical support and assistance to MasterControl users. 

Manage user access, including adding new users, modifying roles, and disabling accounts for terminated employees.

 Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. 

Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing support as needed. 

Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain accurate documentation.

 Collaborate with IT to maintain system security and perform regular maintenance. 

Assist in the development and implementation of system enhancements and updates. 

Provide specialized support for MasterControl modules, including Qx, Mx, AQEM, Supplier, and Audit. 

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education:

 Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) field. 

 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably with MasterControl or similar systems.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with MasterControl system administration and user management.

  Knowledge of network security and single sign-on (SSO) authentication. 

  Proficiency in conducting training sessions and creating training materials. 

  In-depth knowledge of MasterControl modules, including Qx, Mx, AQEM, Supplier, and Audit.
