The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful, comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively, and eager to grow with the role. As our assistant, you will support the CEO by managing critical administrative tasks to streamline operations, enabling him to focus on strategic initiatives.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing email and scheduling appointments to keep the calendar organized and up to date
  • Posting weekly blog entries and ensuring content is optimized
  • Updating and improving blog posts for better performance
  • Scheduling and managing email campaigns
  • Scheduling social media posts and managing comments/messages
  • Tracking social media metrics, researching trends, and contributing content ideas
  • Assisting with outreach and scheduling for podcast appearances
  • Assisting with proofreading and updating the website and blog
  • General admin tasks like light research and preparing reports
  • Performing end-of-day wrap-up of tasks and providing updates

Position Details:

  • This is a remote W2 position
  • Benefits include PTO, sick time, paid holidays, and medical (Kaiser Permanente Medical available once full-time and only in certain states)
  • The position starts at 20-25 hours per week, with potential to transition to full-time within 30 days
  • Part-time hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-12 pm EST or PST, with hours expanding once full-time
  • The pay rate is $25/hour USD
  • You must be able to pass a background check
  • We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
