JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help create and drive our HR initiatives, foster an innovation oriented company culture, and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes. Your contributions will directly impact people's experience and support the company’s growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related matters such as team dynamics, workforce planning, and organizational changes
  • Serve as a point of contact for people concerns, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment
  • Conduct 1-on-1s, address conflicts, and support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the management to strengthen company culture and and convert values into actions
  • Manage well-being activities like anniversaries, birthdays, and psychological support programs
  • Work closely with HR to design and implement career development frameworks
  • Support learning and development by identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs
  • Drive internal and contribute to external events to create great experiences for everyone
YOUR PROFILE:
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech/startup or fast-growing company environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role (People & Culture Specialist, HR Specialist, People Partner)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
  • Experience managing performance-related projects
  • Background in learning and development initiatives
  • Proactive problem solver who can take initiative and influence others
  • Fluency in English (B2 and above)
BONUS POINTS:
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or Notion for managing workflows and documentation
  • Familiarity with performance management systems such as 15five
  • Fluency in Russian is a plus
