The Role:
This is the perfect role if you’re looking for somewhere you can use your expertise and knowledge of the automotive sector to connect candidates with roles, they didn’t even know they were looking for. As part of our Recruitment Team, you’ll partner with our client, a leader in Automotive & Green Mobility sector to find high-calibre talent for their roles, driving the end-to-end recruitment process forward.
As a Recruitment expert, we’ll be looking for you to bring ideas for filling strategic roles within the structures of our client. Using your advanced knowledge of French & Spanish markets, together with your flair for creative thinking, you’ll design and deliver effective strategies and innovative approaches to tackle down obstacles in the process.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to your hiring community, and you’ll play an active role in developing our team by coaching and sharing your knowledge.

Key Accountabilities:
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process.
- Facilitating the interview and selection process.
- Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in timely manner.
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job
- specification, other recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing client expectations.
Skills & Experience:
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Nuanced awareness and knowledge of French labour market trends.
• Full professional working proficiency in English, French & Spanish languages.
• Passion for and experience in finding right talent in Engineering and Technology sectors.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Ability to reflect, listen, communicate and emphasize.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach.
