IF YOU ARE

  • A seasoned corporate communications professional with 3+ years of experience in enterprise global companies
  • A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
  • Advanced in written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proven in managing communication platforms like SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and email campaign tools
  • Strong in organizational, project management, and data analysis skills to measure communication initiative success
  • Proactive with a passion for process optimization, operational excellence, and collaborative engagement with global teams
  • Flexible in working in a hybrid environment and adapting to shifting priorities with ease
  • Certified in communication tools or project management (would be a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Lead and execute communication campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
  • Draft, refine, and manage high-quality content, including emails, newsletters, scripts, video materials, and presentations, while maintaining consistency and accuracy
  • Administer and optimize communication tools to improve workflow efficiency and the quality of delivered materials
  • Provide data-driven insights by analyzing campaign performance and reporting actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and adapt global narratives for local contexts
  • Support event planning and communication-related projects, contributing both strategically and operationally
  • Continuously improve communication workflows and tools by proposing practical solutions to enhance outcomes
