Job description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our team is looking for a North America Lead Partner Executive to own and lead a portfolio of key wholesale ECommerce partners for Nike at the buying level!  In this role, you will drive business performance against strategically aligned consumer, business and financial plans with set KPIs in collaboration with cross-functional partners on a seasonal basis.

This is a fast-paced position where you will drive collaboration across multiple teams at Nike. This person is a self-motivated, strategic problem-solver with a strong marketplace retail and finance background who is eager to be part of a team leading the work connecting with the digital consumer.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As part of this team, we will be working with internal cross functional partners on the Go To Market process and ensure a strong external partner relationship. You will build Partner-specific assortments that are in service of the consumer-centric strategy and collaborate with Planning to align digital specific assortment to the Merchandise Financial Plan, Franchise/Classification Plan and Allocation Plan. We will collaborate with marketing to review the ecommerce specific assortments to influence marketing plans. In partner meetings, you will present the seasonal Merchandising/Product Priorities and deliver Partner-specific assortments along with available samples/imagery. On the daily, you will be handling current seasonal account issues & concerns, while planning and forecasting for the next season and managing to quarterly & yearly goals and targets. 

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will report into the ECommerce Sales Director. We will develop and maintain positive relationships with other critical stakeholders such as Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Accounting, and Finance.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ work experience in Buying, Retail Planning, Merchandising or Sales in athletic apparel and footwear or a related digital industry
  • Digital commerce and digital sales consumer experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Nike’s marketplace and retail partner landscape with strong retail and finance acumen
  • Ability to embrace change, act with courage, instill trust, think strategically, communicate vision and purpose, and foster effective teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience reading and analyzing digital retail and marketing metrics to optimize sales and inventory
