Core Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the Partners through email, chat, and voice channels (must be willing to do calls as needed)
  • Execute fast, accurate transaction processing including data parsing, data entry, and data enrichment
  • Closely follow process workflows and support in the implementation of initiatives, and projects as directed by leadership
  • Collaborates closely with their team leader or team manager regarding issues or concerns with daily tasks and activities
  • Consistently meet SLAs and execute tasks assigned to them with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with fellow consultants, leadership, partners, and ClassPass program managers
  • Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly
  • Act with a sense of urgency and professionalism while meeting internal and external deadlines; follow through on all assigned action items.


Role Specific Responsibilities:

  • Support Japanese ClassPass partners via email, chat and phone calls with all enquiries, troubleshoot and solve issues as they come up.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for Japanese partners, ensuring their requests are actioned on promptly and accurately
  • A solutions-selling mindset with a passion for post-sale client relationships, negotiations, and support
  • A detail-oriented approach to executing tasks and an ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Drive adoption of new ClassPass products and initiatives for Japanese partners
  • Retain partners by providing best-in-class support & relationship management
  • All other duties as assigned
  • This role will be on a 1 year contract


Qualifications :

  • Written and verbal fluency in Japanese (native) and English (proficient)
  • One (1) year of experience in a high-level, customer support or service role.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, data management, and Microsoft tools such as Excel and Word
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and or independently
