You will play a pivotal role in areas such as strategy execution, cross-functional collaboration, and sales performance optimization. Your impact will span planning and forecasting, driving GTM readiness initiatives, and evaluating the success of enablement programs. By leveraging data-driven insights and aligning with senior leadership, you will ensure the sales team is equipped to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

In this role, you’ll gain substantial exposure to senior leadership while contributing directly to the strategic evolution of Dropbox’s sales enablement function. You will have the opportunity to drive transformational initiatives, shape enablement practices, and make a measurable impact on Dropbox's upmarket growth strategy. Joining this role means being at the forefront of change, influencing sales performance, and collaborating with a diverse team to propel Dropbox’s success.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement global GTM readiness strategies aligned with Dropbox’s business goals, product innovations, and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless execution of enablement initiatives.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable training and readiness programs tailored to specific roles and regional needs.
  • Create and manage enablement content, including certifications, sales playbooks, and comprehensive training curricula.
  • Partner with regional enablement specialists to deliver in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and hands-on product training.
  • Develop content to support product launches, equipping sales teams with messaging, tools, and strategies for success.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting enablement impact and ROI.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and process enhancements within enablement programs.
  • Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and strategies across the sales organization.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales managers and front-line teams to understand needs and tailor enablement solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring the enablement function aligns with Dropbox’s broader strategic goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale sales enablement programs that align with go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to translate them into effective training and readiness initiatives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and other relevant software to support training and performance measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
