Job Summary

The Manager, Closing Support Services will lead the development of a new line of business to complement Rynoh’s SaaS offerings. This role requires a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in real estate closing and settlement processes. The individual will conceptualize, design, and execute a service-oriented business that enhances the value proposition of our existing SaaS platform by providing operational support to clients.
This is a rare opportunity to build a business from the ground up, requiring strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership. The role also involves acting as a subject matter expert (SME) in compliance, ensuring regulatory standards are met and exceeded.
What You Will Do As A Manager, Closing Support Services
This role reports to Rynoh’s Head of Operations and works collaboratively with the Rynoh senior leadership team. Primary responsibilities are:
Business Strategy
Develop a business plan for each new line of services tailored to augment Rynoh’s existing SaaS technology.
Analyze the competitive landscape to identify market gaps, pricing strategies, and service offerings.
Design competitive services that meet client needs and differentiate Rynoh from competitors.
Provide input into the overall GTM strategy to launch the service and drive interest with existing clients.
Execution & Operational Leadership
Lead the implementation of the service expansion plan, including service design, process workflows, operational framework, and compliance.
Recruit and manage a high-performance team to execute the new line of services.
Collaborate with product and development teams to request software modifications that support the business line.
Work with marketing to design campaigns targeting existing clients and generating inbound interest.
Personally engage in creating and presenting the service to prospects during initial stages.
Work closely with clients to understand their pain points and deliver solutions that add measurable value to their operations. Ensure high NPS scores.
Foster relationships with key clients and build trust to drive adoption of the new services.
Compliance Expertise
Serve as the SME on compliance matters related to the services offered.
Ensure adherence to state-specific regulations such as those governed by the Texas Department of Insurance and other state and federal regulatory bodies.
What You Will Bring as the Manager, Closing Support Services
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field experience.
Proven experience in real estate closing and settlement processes including funding, payoffs, escheatment, and regulatory audits.
10+ years of preferred experience in escrow and funding operations.
Demonstrated ability to rapidly scale a new organization or business concept.
Preferred deep understanding of compliance requirements, particularly with state-level regulators such as the Texas Department of Insurance.
Demonstrated ability to build and execute a business plan, from conceptualization to operationalization.
Experience in recruiting, managing, and scaling teams to support new business ventures.
Experience leveraging on-shore, near-shore, and offshore personnel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess competitive landscapes and develop market-driven solutions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching to internal stakeholders and external clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with software-driven operational workflows.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: $84,000 - $112,000 Annually
*Please know your actual pay at Porch will reflect a number of factors among which are your work experience and skillsets, job-related knowledge, alignment with market and our Porch employees, as well as your geographic location.
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long-term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
