Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team and contribute to meaningful projects that make a positive impact on people’s lives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in collaborative settings. While experience with Salesforce is preferred, it is not required. This role involves regular interaction with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in data optimization projects within internal tools like Salesforce or Cloud Coach, focusing on improving existing processes and performing administrative data refinement.
  • Support Salesforce-related activities, including data entry and basic reporting.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and requests.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both in writing and verbally.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software tools.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers or clients as needed.
  • Identify potential issues or delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor customer contact records for activity and take necessary actions.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining project documentation.
  • Conduct outreach to healthcare entities interested in joining the Bamboo Health Network.
  • Coordinate special projects/tasks.
  • Help manage schedules, deadlines, and meeting notes to keep things running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

What Success Looks Like…

In 3 months…

  • Develop a strong understanding of Gateway, Pings, and Behavioral Health implementation processes.
  • Successfully complete at least one data optimization project within internal tools, such as Salesforce or Cloud Coach.

In 6 months…

  • Support the Implementation team with assigned tasks to ensure the best possible end user experience.
  • Continue to develop strong relationships with stakeholders in order to facilitate shared objectives.
  • Assist Implementation team with special projects.

In 12 months…

  • Meet or exceed annual OKR metrics.
  • Act as subject matter expert as it relates to end-user configuration for the Pings product line.

What You Need

  • Some experience in an administrative, project coordination or relevant role.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook.)
  • Familiarity in PDF management tools (e.g., Adobe).
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong reading comprehension and data entry skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HelloSign, Cloud Coach, and JIRA preferred.
  • A high level of judgment, analytical ability and creativity in investigating problems that require original and innovative solutions.
  • Experience working a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environments.
  • A work environment that is conducive to high quality virtual interactions. This includes but is not limited to being able to work from a quiet space with minimal interruptions or distractions, and a strong internet connection.
