Mandatory Qualifications:

The Project is seeking qualified Contractor resources demonstrating at least five (5) years of relevant experience within the past seven (7) years, as follows:

• Experience providing IV&V services to California State entities performing the following tasks:
• Evaluating software development procedures and guidelines in developing IV&V monthly activity and status reports.
• Conducting risk and issue list reviews and provide risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyzing traceability matrix.
• Evaluating requirements for specificity, measurability, actionability, traceability, and testability.
• Conducting assessment and verification of system test.
• Developing IV&V task reports.
• Proven experience working in a technical capacity on IT enterprise projects similar in size and scope of ERP.
• Familiarity and experience with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Standard 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation).

Desirable Qualifications:

The Project is seeking qualified Contractor resources with the following desirable qualifications demonstrating relevant experience in the last seven (7) years as follows:

• At least three (3) years’ experience performing IV&V services for a commercial off the shelf (COTS), modifiable off the shelf (MOTS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and cloud technology product and a system integration project for governmental agencies including validating requirements, interfaces, traceability, and testing.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience performing IV&V services during the design, development, and implementation phases for agencies focused on natural resources.

The compensation for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan.
