We are seeking a highly skilled Workato Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions for our enterprise systems, including NetSuite, Workday, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in integration architecture and hands-on experience with Workato to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and optimize business operations. Role would be to lead business discussions to define business requirements and translate them to robust technology solutions by mapping business processes to Workato integration functionalities.

Responsibilities:

Integration Design & Development
- Architect and implement integration solutions using Workato to connect NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications.
- Ensure integrations are scalable, reliable, and meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop and document integration workflows, APIs, and automation scripts.
System Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze existing system architectures and recommend improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Evaluate integration points and ensure seamless data flow between systems while maintaining data integrity and security.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, HR, and Sales, to understand integration requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of integration projects.
Technical Leadership & Support
- Provide technical guidance to developers and support teams on Workato best practices and advanced features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Stay updated on the latest Workato capabilities, as well as relevant NetSuite, Workday, and Salesforce updates.
Documentation & Training
- Create detailed technical documentation for application integration architecture, integration workflows, system configurations, and APIs.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams to ensure proper adoption and utilization of integration solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or any equivalent field. Master’s degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in designing complex integrational solutions using various integration technologies such as TIBCO, MuleSoft or Dell Boomi, etc.
3+ years of experience working with Workato as an integration platform, building complex workflows and automation.
Proficient in building complex Workato recipes, workflows & automations in Workato.
Firsthand development experience with Workato SDK, connectors and API integrations.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in integrating various cloud applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, and Workday is essential.
Strong knowledge of integration technologies and patterns with experience in designing and implementing scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Proficient in mapping data flows, designing integration architectures, and documenting technical requirements.
Exceptional knowledge of APIs - RESTful and Web Services and data structures such as JSON, XML, YAML, etc.
Support in testing activities, such as integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing, and UAT.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and adaptability to a dynamic starting-up environment.
Workato Automation Pro Certification.
Relevant certifications for NetSuite and Salesforce are a plus.
