Training Requirement: Freelance Trainer – Technical Recruiter (Tech Mahindra)

  • Position: Freelance Trainer – Technical Recruiter
  • Location: Remote/Onsite | Duration: Project-Based/Part-Time
  • Responsibilities: Provide training on technical recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selecting IT professionals; cover tools, technologies, and best practices in recruitment aligned with Tech Mahindra’s hiring needs.
  • Skills: Expertise in technical recruitment, IT hiring trends, and ATS tools; strong communication and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in technical recruitment or training for IT hiring processes.
  • Compensation: Competitive
