Position Summary and Objective
The Training, Vulnerability, and Risk Assessment Manager is crucial in our security consulting function, as it supports client assessments, training, evacuation, and other crisis management functions as required. This position is most responsible for supporting the director with client assessments, understanding clients' needs, and assessing security-related risks.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibility for conducting client security/vulnerability assessments
  • Working with clients to meet rate and scheduling requirements as applicable.
  • Tracking and reporting project/mission progress.
  • Ensuring proper administration and invoicing are in place.
  • Assisting with implementing “special assignments” programs, projects, and missions as directed.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated experience developing client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated experience managing workload effectively and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Exhibits commensurate resourcefulness and independence with urgency to meet goals.

Qualifications and Education
  • 3+ years of experience conducting TVRAs.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, security management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated acumen with sales techniques.
  • Exhibits aggressive work ethic/drive and quickly develops hard and soft job skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage prospects with minimal information.

Position Type and Schedule
  • Regular Full-Time (RFT).
  • Exempt professional.
  • Mostly working remotely.
  • Requires travel to client sites as directed.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Frequent sitting and standing for long periods. 
  • On occasion, perform stressful and physical activity when needed.
  • Ability to lift 10 – 20 pounds when required.
