Role: SASE Product Manager.
Location: Remote.
As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
The Product Manager will be responsible for developing products from end to end, starting with thought leadership, ideation through to execution. You will be leading cross functional team discussions and working with design teams to build new digital experiences or enhance existing ones. This role will require an individual who is highly engaged, with the ability to collaborate and drive strategic direction by identifying trends, issues, and opportunities across the organization. Additionally, the ability to navigate ambiguity, define metrics for success, and support key business initiatives are core functions for this role.
Responsibilities:
· Deep experience with Security & Network Products, Technologies & protocols related to network functions, security, sd-wan etc
- Strong understanding of security (SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, IAM Threat Detection, Segmentation etc.)
· Understand customer needs through data analysis (quantitative and qualitative)
· Map the user journey for our internal and external customers and distill key product functionality required to solve user pain points
· Translate product functionality into detailed requirements and user stories for prototyping and development by engineering teams.
· Engage closely with the engineering team to prioritize and execute on product requirements.
· Deep experience with Security & Network Products, Technologies & protocols related to network functions, security, sd-wan etc
· Strong understanding of security (SASE, SSE, Zero Trust, IAM Threat Detection, Segmentation etc.)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with, and presenting information to cross-functional teams.
· Familiarity with Office/Google suite, Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Charts, Figma or similar tools.
· Showcase strong technical expertise to identify roadblocks and generate solutions for
· Resolving them quickly.
· Collaborate with engineers and designers to iterate and improve product performance.
Required Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of product management experience.
· Customer first mindset with a keen eye for product design and digital user experience.
· Ability to thrive under challenging and ambiguous scenarios with minimal supervision.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to interpret data and translate that data into recommendations and high impact narratives for leadership.
