About LearnLux

LearnLux is the leading provider of workplace financial wellbeing that blends fiduciary digital planning with access to one-on-one guidance from Certified Financial Planner™️ professionals. LearnLux's award-winning program equips employees with a financial plan to guide them through decision points like budgeting, paying down debt, electing benefits, understanding equity compensation, starting a family, buying a home, saving for retirement, and more. Advanced reporting keeps our partners in the know, and drives results like reduction in financial stress, increased productivity, reduced employee turnover, greater use of pretax products, on-time retirement, and healthcare savings. LearnLux members feel great about their money, allowing their work and wellbeing to thrive. We’re a remote-first company, backed by prominent operators such as Ashton Kutcher’s fund Sound Ventures and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff.

The Role

As a Group Product Manager at LearnLux, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of our product suite, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering measurable outcomes for our clients and users. This leadership role will require balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution while building a strong, cross-functional product team and process. You’ll play a key role in scaling the LearnLux platform globally, while enhancing our ability to deliver financial wellness at scale.

In this role, you’ll help to build out product best practices, driving a culture that’s obsessed with problem identification and discovery. Your contributions will be instrumental in identifying the biggest opportunities and driving a roadmap process that centers around business metrics. You won’t just be working on product strategy, you’ll be working directly with a team of engineers and designers to develop a platform that impacts the financial lives of millions around the world.

We are a small, agile team that moves fast and encourages innovation. Here, you will have the space to experiment, learn, and grow, with the autonomy to lead initiatives that matter. You’ll be a key player in shaping not only our product but also our culture and operations as we continue to scale. If you’re passionate about product discovery, identifying and solving meaningful problems, and contributing to a mission that truly makes a difference, we’d love to meet you!

This role is 100% remote within the US and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Emphasize scalability, engagement, and value creation for clients, users, and financial planners.

  • Identify opportunities across product offerings to optimize value for multiple personas (clients, users, and financial planners).
  • Champion an outcome-driven approach using quantitative data such as engagement metrics, NPS, and ARR.
  • Leverage qualitative user insights to inform decision-making.
  • Build relationships across the organization to align the product vision with broader company objectives.
  • Develop materials to support product rollouts and train external-facing teams (Sales and Client Success) for successful GTMs.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team that fosters ownership, innovation, and user-centric thinking.
  • Represent the LearnLux product vision and strategy to senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive engagement and retention through effective collaboration and strategic initiatives.
  • Synthesize complex business and product challenges into clear, actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

  • Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of agile software development processes and product discovery best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with experience in analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and the ability to connect product strategy to key KPIs such as ARR, NRR, and user engagement metrics.
  • Experience balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, growing organization.
