Job description

Profitroom - Empowering hotels directly

Currently we are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Team, bringing expertise in online marketing products or e-commerce platforms. Join us to make a significant impact as we enter our next chapter of success. With the backing of MCI Capital, a leading European private equity group, we have accelerated our growth starting in 2024, setting the stage for even greater innovation and market expansion.

Daily activities:

  • Deliver a consistently exceptional product experience and growth. Drive the development of our marketing products (email marketing and loyalty program) focusing on user-centric solutions that seamlessly integrate customer engagement technologies. Create a comprehensive customer acquisition and retention strategy driven by data, personalized targeting, and proactive engagement to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Voice of customers - conduct continuous product discovery in close collaboration with the UX team to identify emerging trends, opportunities and validate product-market fit.
  • Translate strategy into pragmatic roadmaps. Turn high-level vision and business goals into actionable roadmaps that guide product development. This involves navigating complex discussions with business stakeholders to successfully embed the product strategy across the organisation. Additionally, establish clear success criteria for product initiatives, fostering a more data-driven approach to decision-making and leading to more precise and impactful outcomes.
  • Foster strong stakeholder partnerships. Maintain and enhance communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of both short-term and long-term product objectives. You will need to diplomatically balance the drive for product innovation with the need for strong collaboration with the sales team.
  • Establish and optimise processes. Proactively contribute to the creation and refinement of processes that support effective product management, focusing on workflow efficiency, performance measurement, and cross-department collaboration.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in developing online marketing products (adtech, loyalty, CRM, email marketing) ideally within the hospitality or travel tech industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively prioritise their requirements.
  • Highly developed communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to persuasively present data-driven arguments in both English and Polish (minimum C1 level required in both).
  • Proven track record as an advocate for a product-driven approach, with a focus on long-term business goals rather than individual features.
  • Deep understanding of Agile product development processes, including best practices, tools, and metrics for ensuring process effectiveness.
  • Strong passion for creating and continuously improving products and services.

Benefits

  • Share hospitality: Take  2 extra days off (annually) for CSR activities.
  • Join Celebrations: Participate in company retreats, events, and wedding & baby packs, benefit from our employee referral program.
