What you will do
Key Responsibilities: prepare and ensure the accuracy of the OE Benefits calculations across three key levers: Efficiency Gains, Cost Avoidance and Labor Cost Arbitrage
What you bring
- OE Benefits Calculation:
- Prepare and manage comprehensive calculations for OE Benefits
- Analyze and interpret data to ensure accurate reflection of benefits is achieved.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all locations to ensure consistent and standardized reporting practices.
- Serve as a point of contact for queries related to OE Benefits calculations and provide guidance as needed.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of calculations.
- Identify discrepancies or potential improvements in calculation methodologies and propose solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of calculation processes and methodologies.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate OE Benefits findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Prepare any ad-hoc analysis based on the OE Benefits results.
You have
- University degree in finance, business administration, economics or related area
- Fluent in English; Knowledge in German is a plus
- An expert in using Excel as a analysis and reporting tool.
- At least familiar or already worked with Power Bi and knows how to create dashboards independently.
- min 3-5 years work experience within Controlling / Financial Steering in an international matrix organization or in comparable Consulting Company
- Experienced in the application of systems that are relevant for Controlling, e.g. SAP FI-CO/BW
- Excellent analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude as well as moderation and presentation techniques
- Ability to work fully independent and solve complex problems or situations based on multiple sources of information
- Role model character with talent to drive new ideas and take new perspectives to challenge existing solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Work ethic and integrity
- Innovative, flexible, strong “out of the box thinking” mentality bringing new concepts/ approaches into the organization from concept phase down to implementation level
