Job description

About Unifize:

At Unifize, we’re building a SaaS platform that revolutionizes process efficiency for product development, quality, and operations teams in ISO and FDA-regulated companies, especially in manufacturing and life science industries.

By integrating communication, data, documents, and workflows into a chat-based, configurable platform, we help our customers deliver better products on time, on budget, and with reduced risk.

Please review:

  • Unifize.com, our website
  • Case studies and testimonials from customers, who talk extensively about their transformational experience using Unifize.
  • Medical device landing page, which explains how the Unifize platform solves problems for a specific industry sector.
  • About us, which includes a questionable piece of amateur dramatics by the founders.

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market/Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Must have SaaS experience, preferably in a startup.

Responsibilities:

  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision-makers.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic email and social campaigns.
  • Schedule and conduct online demos and meetings with potential customers to educate them about the company's offerings.
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects’ business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better understand the needs and wants of potential customers.

Requirements

  • A passion for technology and software sales.
  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience at a startup with limited resources.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Expertise at identifying and prospecting new accounts, and ability to move on them with a hunter’s mentality.
  • Resilient and capable of failing forward on an ongoing basis, documenting the pain points and strategizing solutions.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop strong, long-lasting relationships (both internal and external).
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Resourcefulness and results-driven operating style.
  • Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact.
  • You’re a self-starter capable of bringing ideas and strategies to the table. You value independence and will be successful with little supervision.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Remote work
  • Professional development opportunities
  • A dynamic and fast-paced working environment
