Salary banding:  £45,000 - £53,000

This role in a nutshell:

As Creative Project and Ops Manager in the brand and marketing team, you will be a great teammate who is able to form strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, as well as our creative team. You’ll use strong creative project management skills to ensure delivery of a varied range of creative briefs to a high standard, as well as operational skills to support the Lead Creative Ops Manager in ensuring that our workflow tool and other tech platforms are optimised to best support how we work. 

In essence - you’ll love working collaboratively to create great work, and be passionate about doing it in the most efficient, impactful way possible. As an experienced Creative Project Manager, you’ll be calm under pressure, able to keep the team cool when timings are tight and maintain an impeccable standard of delivery.

 

Your key outcomes will be:

  • Partner with one or multiple briefing workstreams and be their point of contact for briefing, scoping, management of projects and process improvements and communication. Work with them on their utilisation rate of studio resource and help to manage the prioritisation of their pipeline
  • Work with stakeholders to interrogate and develop creative briefs, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined for the studio creative team
  • Day-to-day management and guidance of project progress, resource planning, management and coordination of all project deliverables 
  • Management of creative budgets including paid for projects where applicable .
  • Identifying and managing stakeholders effectively, anticipating challenges, and developing plans to address risks.
  • Optimisation of our project management platform, working with the Lead Creative Ops Manager on improvements, iterations and new opportunities for other tech based tools that can help improve how we work
  • Responsible for the scoping, build and maintenance of all studio dashboards and data visualisation (for both internal use and stakeholder facing). 
  • Raise purchase orders when required and ensure complete accuracy within the PO Tracker 
  • Budget exposure and access to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Build & maintain strong connections with OVO’s people and suppliers

  • Have a track record in delivering creative projects in a dynamic, fast paced, digital environment. We’d love experience delivering a wide range of output, with a focus on cross channel campaigns, for in house and agencies
  • Have worked closely with creative teams previously. Experience in managing resource is a real plus
  • Be process driven, with experience of implementing and improving day to day Studio processes. You’ll have a passion for tooling and innovation in tech with a view on how we can utilise it to benefit the creative work we do
  • Be calm whilst working with levels of ambiguity and adept at bringing order and clarity into a team environment
  • A real people person who develops powerful working relationships quickly and maintains them successfully
  • A proactive problem solver, who is keen to keep evolving and drive for ultimate efficiency in all we do
  • An exemplary teammate, at their best when working within a collective to deliver a shared vision
  • Energy and positivity; the person everyone wants to have in the room
  • Incredible organisation in a way which instils confidence into all - you will be coordinating multiple partners across multiple tasks from multiple projects daily

We’ll pay you between £45,000 and £53,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
