Job description

ABOUT THIS POSITION
You would be joining a growing team of 4 colleagues and over 50 robots that are spread all around the globe.
YOUR TASKS
  • Working on the frontline with our customers and the product engineering team to ensure the successful (remote) deployment of the robots and our software solution, potentially at the customer's facilities.
  • Handling issues while following up with product team in a timely manner and actively communicating the status to the customers 
  • Documenting and tracking the incidents to assure high quality standards as well as developing internal and external guidelines and tutorials 
  • Collaborating in cross functional teams for product and process improvements
  • Working with sales on demos of our solutions at our test site and the customer site
  • Following up with management and colleagues on identified key issues to continue our success
  • Provisioning robots for deployment, including preparing and configuring hardware and software to meet customer-specific requirements
YOUR PROFILE
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • At least three years of support experience in the technology industry
  • Experience with hardware and software development life-cycle
  • Experience with Linux and its basic tools like Bash, ssh, Network Manager, etc
  • Able to work under pressure, as well as in challenging environments, while keeping a positive attitude towards our clients
  • Able to find creative approaches and fresh perspectives where tasks can be undefined and unstructured
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in the robotic industry
  • Experience with ROS, Docker, Grafana
  • Experience with Python and C++
  • Experience analyzing Linux Log files (journald, syslog)
  • Nice to have: Experience working with drones, A2 Pilot License
  • German language skills, as well as any other language, are an advantage
