Position Details:
Project Management
Serve as a Project Manager for reoccurring healthcare meetings which includes agenda ideation, content collation, meeting minutes, and resulting action plans
Manage regular Operating Committee discussions – identify agenda topics and discussion items to bring forward – whether to the OC as a whole or individually
Manage multiple priorities independently to effectively and efficiently drive work forward in an organized fashion
Support Chief of Staff in annual budget projections for various healthcare initiatives
Business Planning & Strategy
Drive the development of strategic projects, such as capability advancements, new technologies, partnership relationships, and potential acquisitions
Assist in managing strategic and organizational change by guiding Huron Healthcare employees through transitions, ensuring buy-in, and addressing resistance
Identify and escalate potential risks to strategic initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate those risks. Assess and monitor risk factors on a routine basis.
Aggregate performance reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), etc., to provide valuable data insights to inform strategic decisions
Act as a strategic partner with senior business leaders to develop and/or refresh Healthcare strategy annually – facilitating discussion and alignment across multiple stages as needed in concert with key areas like Healthcare Portfolio Strategy Management (HPSM), PIBSS, HR Strategy Leads, HC Finance & Operations, and other Enterprise teams
Support the Healthcare Operating Committee (OC) assess and design the operating model for Healthcare – reviewing and modifying annually as needed. This includes defining and/or refreshing governance and communication structures
Collaborate with Chief of Staff, HPSM team members, and others to understand business challenges, propose solutions and approaches to ensure results align with Huron Healthcare’s business objectives
Translate and launchstrategic priorities into action. This includes partnering with HPSM and other parts of the business to advance priorities and continually manage progress
HPSM Support (as assigned)
Drive progress and performance of various Strategic Priorities within HPSM and the Healthcare, as assigned. Responsibilities may include:
Develop vision by helping sponsors align on priorities, define goals, and capturing business cases/charters
Create workplans anchored in key milestones and manage towards achieving and accelerating timelines
Develop and archive pilot lessons learned, deliverables and methodology
Contribute to sales of growth priorities through creation of sales collateral, management of pipeline, defining sales strategy, seller education, and supporting on pursuits
Analyze data, create reports, and generate content for HPSM presentations to senior leaders
Support execution of annual growth processes (e.g., portfolio shaping, idea generation, growth blueprint, Operating Committee (OC) growth meeting, budgeting)
Collaborate with solutions advancement stakeholders (e.g., PIBSS, Accountable Leaders, Marketing, GET)
Communication & Administrative Strategy
Support planning and execution of our largest healthcare practice events focused on developing and engaging leaders and employees (i.e., Healthcare Leadership Forum and HC Connect)
Support in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents that the Chief of Staff needs for strategic decision-making and communication across internal and external stakeholders. This includes compiling data, analyzing trends, and organizing information for ease of reference
Develop internal communications whilst leveraging PowerPoint presentations, Huron Link, and newsletters and ad hoc campaigns to drive transparency, awareness and connection across all levels of the practice
Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff to manage healthcare meetings while handing confidential information
Serve as the liaison and key connection point between Huron and one of our key vendors managing all transactional processes related to the vendor relationship
Navigate the terms of the Epic Consultant Access Agreement and conduct and improve key processes to secure access to Epic for client delivery based on the terms of our agreement
Collaborate with numerous teams and stakeholders within Huron including areas such as Human Resources, Finance and Operations, Executive Assistants, Marketing and HC Business Units
Travel for various meetings, events, and initiatives throughout the year
Experience Recommended:
4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or professional services
Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills and deep project management and organization skills
Strong results and execution orientation and keen attention to detail with proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, team expectations, and coordinated efforts with a sense of urgency to complete work both timely and accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that support disseminating information that is clear, concise, and easily digestible for various audiences
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in diverse settings
In-depth understanding of the breadth of Huron’s capabilities in the Healthcare market
Strong executive presence and client service orientation
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and be flexible to adapt to changing business needs
Exposure and/or understanding of CRM/Salesforce capabilities and business development (i.e., funnel management)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Bachelor’s degree required
The estimated base salary range for this job is $155,000-$220,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $201,500-$286,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
