Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time (40 hours a week)
Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (EST) includes 1h unpaid break.


Job Description for Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries for auto detailing services
  • Book appointments using the company’s CRM system
  • Manage customer service issues and provide solutions
  • Handle basic sales inquiries and route complex inquiries to the sales team
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to customer management
  • Support the business’s expansion by adapting to new services and technologies

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic sales background or aptitude (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work full-time during Eastern Time business hours
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn about detailing services
