SingleStore is looking for an experienced and motivated People Business Partner to support our growing India-based team and employees across the APAC region. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders across the region, partnering with them to address employee needs, enhance team performance, and drive employee engagement. As the primary point of contact on the People Team, you will provide strategic guidance on people-related initiatives while ensuring employees have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will also take ownership of the onboarding program, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires while fostering alignment with company culture and goals.

Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on People strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
- Own end-to-end People operations, including onboarding, payroll submissions, leave tracking, benefits management, and compliance with India and APAC employment laws.
- Partner with leaders to drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of HR policies and practices across India and APAC, balancing local market needs with broader company needs.
- Analyze People metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and implement process and employee experience improvements.
- Partner with the People and Legal teams and business leaders to resolve employee relations issues as needed.
- Minimum 2-3 days per week working in our Hyderabad office.
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a business partnering role. Experience processing payroll, managing leaves and benefits is a must.
- Service-minded with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Capable of handling confidential information with total discretion.
- Proven ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational HR tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possessing the ability to build trust within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
