Job Title: Senior Researcher/Account Manager - Talent Acquisition and Operations
Location: Bengaluru (Remote)

Job Description:

The Senior Researcher/Account Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles while building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires someone with a proactive approach to account management and recruitment, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver the best talent solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, managing recruitment for key positions and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, aligning candidate selection with client expectations and requirements.
  • Sourcing & Recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for high-priority positions.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate and client records, tracking recruitment metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or client-facing roles.
  • Proven client management and account handling skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software/CRM systems.
  • Folks from the social sector/understanding of the sector are encouraged to apply
