Job Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading all digital marketing efforts, ensuring the company’s digital presence drives growth and generates high-quality leads across all digital channels. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role oversees the development and execution of comprehensive strategies, including paid media campaigns, media buying, technical SEO, and email marketing. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless campaign management, optimization, and performance analysis while also mentoring and developing the digital marketing team to meet business objectives.

Job Description
  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligning all channels and initiatives with business objectives to generate high-quality leads.
  • Drive performance marketing efforts by managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and others, optimising them to maximise ROI and lead quality.
  • Oversee media buying efforts, ensuring effective and strategic ad placements to boost brand visibility and drive conversions across all relevant platforms.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns, from initial concept, execution, and A/B testing to ongoing optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Implement advanced technical SEO strategies, enhancing site architecture, improving search engine rankings, and increasing organic traffic. •
  • Optimise email marketing campaigns by leveraging audience segmentation, data insights, and automation tools to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Direct website management and continuous improvement efforts to ensure optimal user experience, lead capture, and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Experiment with emerging digital marketing channels, tactics, and tools based on market research and performance data, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Mentor and develop the digital marketing team, fostering skill development in key areas such as paid media, SEO, email marketing, and website optimisation.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, utilising data to refine strategies, inform decision-making, and continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, creative, sales) to ensure digital marketing initiatives are integrated effectively into broader business strategies.



Requirements
  • Digital Marketing Leadership Experience: Minimum 15+ years in digital marketing, with at least 10 years in a digital marketing leadership role, managing multi-channel strategies and high-impact paid media campaigns.
  • B2B and International Market Expertise: Proven experience in managing B2B brands, preferably in the BPO industry, with a strong track record of running successful campaigns targeting international markets (particularly Australia and North America).
  • Expertise in Paid Media & Media Buying: Demonstrated success in optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Meta, as well as leading media buying efforts to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Technical SEO & Performance Marketing Mastery: In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, SEM, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and website optimization, with a proven track record of improving organic search rankings, website performance, and lead conversions.
  • Hands-on & Highly Technical: Must possess a strong technical foundation, with the ability to personally handle digital advertising, SEO, analytics, and automation tools. This ensures the ability to lead by example, provide sound recommendations, and effectively guide direct reports.
  • Hybrid of Technical & Creative Thinking: A strategic thinker with a strong ability to blend data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving, ensuring high-performing marketing campaigns.
  • Email Marketing & Automation Experience: Extensive experience in email marketing strategy, automation, segmentation, and personalization, leveraging tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign to drive conversions.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Proven ability to mentor and develop digital marketing teams, with a focus on performance marketing, SEO, paid media, and technical optimization.
  • Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and presenting insights to leadership teams.
