Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 3pm Central
  • Collaborate with a team of contractors and directly with the business owner
  • Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role and business needs develop

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple email accounts and calendars for various clients
  • Organize and prioritize tasks across different client projects
  • Modify and update Canva templates for course materials and flyers
  • Insert content into presentation templates (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and digital file organization
  • Support the creation and management of project scopes and presentations

Requirements
  • Proficiency in email management and calendar scheduling tools
  • Experience with task management and organizational systems
  • Basic skills in graphic design tools, particularly Canva
  • Familiarity with presentation software like PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
