Key Responsibilities:
(Note: This job role requires employees to work from office and working remotely/ from home will
not be permissible)
a) Onboarding and Orientation –
1. Manage and execute the pre-onboarding engagement, onboarding process & post
onboarding support to new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
2. Preparing and distributing onboarding welcome kits.
3. Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems; assisting with the
coordination, preparation, and distribution of employee documentation.
4. Coordinate new employee orientation, including HR policies, company culture, benefits
overview.
b) Training & Development -
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and design relevant development
programs for employees at various levels.
6. Organize and facilitate internal training sessions to enhance employee skills and support
career development.
7. Track training outcomes and maintain records to ensure continuous learning and
development opportunities.
c) Performance Management System (PMS) -
8. Assist in managing and implementing the performance management system, including
setting up timelines for performance reviews.
9. Track performance review completion, gather feedback, and update the HR records.
10. Act on finding and outcomes of performance management system and take process ahead
with the reporting manager.
d) HR Administration -
1. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is up-to-date and
compliant with legal regulations.
12. Manage the employee database, ensuring that records are current and up to date.
13. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
14. Manage accurate monthly reports and MIS.
