JOB TITLE: Marketing Specialist

RATE: Php 275 per hour

Work Type: Full-time, Remote/WFH

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with a background in graphic design for commercial real estate in the U.S. This role involves preparing marketing materials, managing online platforms, and executing digital marketing initiatives. 

A key focus will be creating visually impactful marketing assets while thinking critically and taking ownership of the marketing process. While communication skills are important, the emphasis is on independent thinking and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Material Preparation – Design and create marketing packages, flyers, and promotional materials that align with company objectives and real estate offerings. 

  • Content Creation & Design – Utilize design skills to create visually compelling email campaigns, property flyers, and marketing materials, with a focus on commercial real estate.

  • Website Updates – Manage and update content on WordPress, ensuring property listings and company information are current (experience with SiteGround hosting is a plus).

  • Social Media Management – Post marketing content and property listings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

  • Platform Management – Post property listings on real estate platforms as per company subscription.

  • Vendor Coordination – Collaborate with external vendors, such as drone photographers, to obtain high-quality property images and videos.



Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation, with specific experience in commercial real estate marketing in the U.S.

  • Strong graphic design skills for creating flyers, promotional materials, and digital assets.

  • Critical thinker with the ability to think independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.

  • Proficiency in WordPress (experience with SiteGround hosting is a plus).

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.

  • Experience in social media management.

  • Ability to work independently and think like a seller when crafting marketing content.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in executing marketing strategies.
