Job description

This is a remote position.

Who You Are

You are a high-performing SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals in the North American mid-market segments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable working independently, and are willing to operate in PST business hours to maximize your impact. If you have experience selling cybersecurity products, that’s a huge plus!


You are also highly disciplined, with strong CRM hygiene—you document deals, update pipeline stages consistently, and ensure accurate forecasting.


What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from inbound lead conversion to closing.

  • Effectively qualify, nurture, and close deals within SMB and mid-market segments.

  • Consistently hit and exceed quotas of $200k+ per quarter.

  • Conduct discovery calls, demos, and negotiations, positioning the product’s value effectively.

  • While not a full-time prospecting role, you should be comfortable hunting and generating opportunities when required.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and sales leadership to refine sales strategies.

  • Keep the CRM (Hubspot) updated with accurate forecasting and deal progression.

  • Stay informed on cybersecurity trends to engage prospects better.

  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, ensuring deals are accurately recorded, pipeline stages are updated, and forecasts are reliable.



Requirements
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a focus on the North American market.
  • Proven success in closing inbound leads while also having the ability to prospect when needed.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quotas of $200k+ per quarter.
  • Experience selling to SMB & mid-market companies.
  • Ability to work in PST business hours to align with customer time zones.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity solutions - Highly Preferred
  • Understanding of consultative sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) is a plus.
  • Excellent oral & written communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
