Job Description:

We’re looking to add a Sales Development Representative to our fully remote company. In this position, you’ll be pitching innovative SaaS solutions to heavy equipment and trucking rental companies. Candidates must be self-motivated, willing to make a high volume of cold calls and able to drive results in a highly competitive industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through a high volume of outbound calls and emails
  • Proactively build, maintain, and manage a sales pipeline comprising both enterprise and SMB clientele
  • Work in coordination with Account Executives to identify/target new leads and set product demos
  • Consistently prospect, follow up, and maintain communication with a high volume of potential clients
  • Rigorously track your activity & update account information in Outreach and Salesforce

Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience in inside sales, preferably business to business SaaS sales
  • General understanding of the heavy equipment and trucking industries a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience making a high volume of cold calls 
  • History of stellar job-performance and meeting/exceeding expectations
  • Tech savvy; experience using a CRM (SalesForce is a plus), G Suite, Excel, and other common business software platforms

Salary Description
$45,000 - $50,000 Annual Base, plus Commissions
