Primary Responsibilities:
- Drives all aspects Project activity, including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments
- Drives development and execution of project plan by working with project team to define, sequence, and estimate duration of activities and determine schedules to meet project objectives
- Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors
- Tracks project budget and resource utilization against plan
- Plans and executes project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members Requirements
- Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the NTT methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency and quality
- Lead sprint planning and review meetings, ensure the technical team follows the NTT methodology, and drive towards successful project completion
- Estimate time and effort for technical resources and proactively communicate progress and forecast changes to the Engagement Manager
- Assist with discovery workshops and collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants to define customer requirements
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration activities and initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
· 5+ years of ServiceNow Project Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
· ServiceNow Certifications in additional practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc.

The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($80.00 to $100.00/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
