Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science degree. Proof of the degree shall be provided with the response.
• Project Management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• ProSci Change Management certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Values Based Healthcare training. Proof of the training is requested with the response.
• 10 years’ experience providing project management of clinical project planning and delivery in hospital redevelopment projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 10 years’ experience leading complex clinical or healthcare infrastructure projects. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 10 years’ experience of senior level project delivery, including reporting to and advising senior level organizational and government leaders. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 3 years’ experience engaging with Indigenous stakeholders and rightsholder in healthcare-related planning and communications. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
• 5 years’ experience delivering patient and provider journey mapping. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 3 years’ experience in strategic planning, master site planning, service design. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
• 5 years’ experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare environments. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years.
