We are assisting our client seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Product Manager to lead the development and management of the company's products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both finance and product management, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation in payment solutions. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development of financial products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products.
Financial Oversight: Manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and financial performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth.
Customer Focus: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and enhance user experience.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within the financial services or fintech industry.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of payment processing systems, financial analytics, and related technologies.
Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed strategic decisions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Proven track record of identifying issues, developing solutions, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
