Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract:
Independent Contractor
Work schedule: 
Tuesday-Friday 10AM-3PM UK time

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with lead generation and prospect outreach

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and scheduling

  • Manage and organize files, spreadsheets, and internal databases

  • Schedule and post content on social media platforms, engaging with the online community as needed

  • Support email outreach and basic campaign management (training provided if needed)

  • Assist with maintaining and updating documents in Google Workspace, Word, and Excel

  • Manage tasks and projects using Monday.com

  • Prepare basic designs and documents using Canva

  • Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations


Requirements
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace

  • Experience with Canva, Monday.com, and Meta Business Suite

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo) is a plus but not required – training will be provided for the right candidate
